IronLogix provides voice, data, and cloud solutions to small and medium organizations located primarily in Columbia, South Carolina and the surrounding areas.  We have a diverse client base - each having specific IT systems, requirements, and needs.

Candidate will be responsible for hands-on field work installing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper operation of various IT systems to include computers, scanners, printers, phone systems, network equipment, data cabling, and software applications. 


Technician will be able to take direction from network admin teammates to physically & logically prepare and deploy computers, servers & other IT equipment.  Strong written & verbal communication skills are required to thoroughly detail work in our documentation and ticketing systems. Strong outgoing personal skills and a caring, thoughtful attitude of are an absolute must.



Applicant must have, at a minimum, 2 years of non-classroom hands-on experience working in Microsoft Windows client / server environments.  Specifically, applicant must be versed in the installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of the following systems:


  • Microsoft Windows Operating Systems

  • Microsoft Active Directory / Azure Active Directory

  • Computer and Networking Hardware, Cabling, and LAN / WAN connectivity 

  • VPN and other site-to-site connectivity methods

  • Various print, scan and fax systems


Applicant should actively be pursuing Microsoft certification.  All other certifications are beneficial, but are not required.


Candidate must have reliable transportation, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and present a clean professional appearance.  Additionally, you will be required to detail your daily work via our time and ticketing software application.


  • Moderate travel to local client sites is required.  We do reimburse mileage.

  • Occasional heavy lifting of servers and battery UPS systems will be required.


Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, IP based phone systems and Microsoft 365 is a plus.


This is a full-time position with benefits after 90 days and a pay rate commensurate with experience / knowledge level.
